Dixon - Sandra J. Howard, 79 of Dixon, died Wednesday 27, 2017,  at Serenity Hospice & Home in Oregon. She Was born Jan. 5, 1938, in .Dixon the daughter of Ben and Naomi (White) Howard. She had been a medical technologist, working at hospitals in Freeport, Princeton, Dixon and DeKalb before retirement. She is survived by her brother, Benny Bruce (Marilyn) Howard of Sherrills Ford, North Carolina, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Lorene Dawson.
