Jack C. Hipple - born April 7, 1938 in Dixon, IL. Died  December  22,2023 in Fond du Lac, WI

John C. '"Jack" Hipple, 85 of Fond du Lac, passed away on December 22, 2023 at St. Francis Home in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He was born April 7, 1938 in Dixon, IL, a very loved son of Glenn and Rosabelle Gilmour. 
Jack married the love of his life, Judith "Judy" Blackburn on March 11,1960 in Rock Island, IL and so began the great adventure of Jack and Judy. They started their family of three children. Marc, Marcy and Lisa in Upland, California. He worked from !960 to 1969 in the Engineering Department for the City of Upland. In 1069, Jack packed up his family of five in the prized 1965 Buick Wildcat and drove cross country to Wisconsin to start the second chapter of his life. Landing in Fond du Lac , he secured a job with the city in the Engineering Department. He remained there for 32 years retiring in 2001. During his retirement he enjoyed several winters in Florida. Jack and Judy cruised the ocean several times enjoying their time sailing the high seas. Jack was a connoissseur of popcorn, his nightly snack. He was a skillrd video gamer at Sega Genesis and PlayStation, competing at a high level in a yearly family tournament. In high school, he was standout tennis player and often dtramed of beating his doubles partner, Joe. As he aged gradually he took to the spectator stands instead of the tennis court. Jack is survived by two children, Marc (Susan) Hipple and Marcy Farina, five grand children, Douglas (Beth) Hipple, Micheal Hipple, McKenzie Farina, Callen Farina and Grayson Farina, two great grand children, Griffin Hipple and Weslie Hipple one sister Kay Alter, other relatves and friends. Jack was proceeded in death by his wife Judy, daughter Lisa Mace and his parents.
